It does mean fully comp. £640 is well expensive for a 1.1. I do see you are in merseyside which probably explains alot

£640 is well cheap Fully Comp as i've been getting quotes for TPFT at the cheapest of £720.
I'm very happy with £640. Just need my Dad's Credit Card now
