BTW I found Norwich Union to be the best in general. I got a quote of £850 TPF&T on a VTR when I was 17 (with pass plus)

flux's originally quoted me about £600 fully comp protected about 2 months ago, my m8 has a 2ltr nova and is paying £318 with flux's at 26 years old.
hence i bollocked them on the phone and mysteriously the quote they couldn't give me until 2 weeks before renewal arrived on the doorstep at £432. so basically they were gonna screw me over for an extra £168 .

anyway paid HIC £377 with and excess of £150, much better perks aswell, but i am 31 with full ncb .

Ran a quote through on flux's website for next year. 106 GTI (Group 13), exhaust, filter, lowered, alloys £1050 F/C. I will be 21, 1 years NCB when i renew. Thought that was ok.
What are they like with engine mods? thinking of tuning her a little bit next year
