Put my phone up for auction...with pic and description..
was looking through other phones and seen this pic.....That looks familar....

Cheeky bastard had taken my pic and my exact(to the word) description and used for his auction..his finishes b4 mine too..which is bad for me..
Needless to say he has had about 6 emails from me...with no reply may I add....Emails started all friendly and now got a bit nasty to the end..PRICK
his phone has now sold for £97.....I have contacted the winner of the auction NOW as well to warn them that the phone they have bought is NOT the one in the pic...
Emailed the guy and told him to do me the curtesy of a reply and explain his actions............Wish I could meetppl like this..Surely the pic belongs to me..Taken of my phone sitting in my house etc...WANKER

this happened to me with my RX7 spoiler , someone used my pic and description , but i didnt care as i had sold mine.

You can report people for copying your auctions and can get their auction removed! bit late now!

You can also change your pic, if he has linked it for yours it would of changed his pic too

why are you using another members picture to sell your own stuff?
You realise that the person thats bought the phone from you is expecting the exact one in the picture?
E-bay can remove your auction if they find that you have used another members picture....
