I'm a plumber / gas fitter and have never seen one before, the tee piece you could get from a kit car show kind of thing, but whats on the other end?

there is stuff you could use, but it would not be the proper way and would end up costing nearly that any way, main part you will be paying for is the pressure reducing valve, pay the 18 quid, cant see you getting anything similar for much less!

If theres its a plumbing part ie PRV, bleed valve kinda thing.....theres a very good chance I could get hold of some for cheap!
