As so of you know as well as the CS gumball, I am trying to organise my own event very similar in order to raise money for chairty I have got replies from the FIA, about the event, an offical charity, hotels and food sorted and looking at getting sponsers but already have a couple in the pipe line.

I wanted to do a film on the event - and have got to arrange four interviews - but what format do I do it, short film or documentry?

Other ideas or advice would be apperated as I am running out of steam on my own,
