Jimmy - has been posted plenty of times recently and IIRC it was confirmed at some point to be a hoax (think it was in a paper at some point actually?)

An e-mail which had been floating around over the past few months with a warning about someone not driving with their headlights on and then if you flash at them you'll get followed and shot at or something similar as part of a gang initiation thingy.
