Having won an auction last week i decided to look at the bid history and noticed that a user had bid on two different days of the auction and retracted the bid on both occassions leaving the same lame excuse.

During the time of the auction i 'asked the seller a question' so therefore had his e-mail address. The username that had retracted bids twice was the sellers hotmail username.

Because of both these retracted bids my bid was upped by £20 due to ebay bidding on my behalf.

I've contacted the seller since and told him i know what he's upto and unless he disregards his own two dodgy bids then i'm not paying but he's having non of it.

how do i contact ebay to report this??
any other ideas??

Not much you can do, you won the auction and are legally binded to pay for it.
