I have a phobia about needles. even the thought of them going into the skin turns my stomach. it was a very very hard thing to do

Giving blood is a good thing to do...I should do it more often...basically it saves lives...

If everyone in the country gave one pint of blood each there would be more than enough to go round...

Nah, the blood is screened, and its trained people doing it, so new needles etc, very hygienic...
