I asked that these pictures be removed, this isn't between the photographer and his subject, this is me saying that they go or I'm going to start taking it personally.
I understand there was also personal attack involved which I'll look in to when notified of it. In the mean time can I ask that on the very rare occasion I ask for some sort of moderation on garage images that I'm listened to!

The point now is that I've asked them to go and I'd like them to. I'm not particularly worried about who is over-reacting or indeed what copyright ethics are being tested in photographing his girlfriend. I'm basically rather worried that despite my request for the pic to go some people would rather continue to take the piss than do me a quick favour.

yeah but when i went to see blaine in the box, you have to give permission to sky incase a camera caught you. So legally speaking he would be fucked. Not sure if its classed as data protection or invasion of privacy?
