are the bore of the pipes the same?

I've just had my conversion done mate from a GS1 1.6 16v to a 2ltr and I've been told that the center pipe needs to be a bigger bore than the one on at the mo, that was designed for the GSi engine. Cant remember how much bigger it needs to be, but the answer to your question is no, they arent the same
