I have my laptop running most of the time in my room. just whenever I have a spare 10mins I'll have a look (usually ends up being a spare hours tho!)
and usually about 3 - 4 hours where I actually sit down and surf the net.

prob 2 hours in the morn between waking up and getting up (bed next to PC ) and then 2 or 3 at night usually between getting home from work about 11 and going to sleep.
