May as well do this publically. I've trashed the thread while I investigate the legalities of posting such information. I'm pretty such this is acquired in a fairly strict licence and it may be that we're being a bit illegal hosting it. I'd rather not risk it.
Can I make a point at this juncture as well - business is all about taking risks, you have to spend money to make money. I've known Pete for years right from when the company was just starting out through Vicki getting on board to present day. I know they've worked hard, I know what they both wanted from that venture. Its not to rip people off, its not to be publically laughed at, it was given a go and it may or may not get more successful from hereon in.
I'll entertain valid complaints, I'll even sit as a go-between when members of the site are having problems with traders. However, I don't support gossip and noseyness and continued complaints severly prejudice my will to assist people on here. Not to mention harm your own claims.

i agree with ians bit about pete and vicki running a business and i find it very wrong that you all slag them so bad. for every 1 complaint i reckons theres 100s of satisfactory customers.
wrong in my book slagging em!
