hey peeps
got a new idea of keeping me car n dropping an sri engine into it.
2 things!!!
1. how much would it cost for an sri engine a good tidy 1?? and to fit???
2. how wud it affect insurance would it be classed as a 1.2 still or a sri???

Wouldnt say it was really worth it to put an sri in - maybe if it was a newer 16v one.
for a 16v id say ur looking at around 650-700 all in

wud be classed as an sri, prob be about a grand all in supplied and fitted, just aswell go for a 1.6

DONT THINK ID GET INSURED BY ANY1 WIV A 1.6 ENGINE ONLY 17 YA SEE.
BIN QUOTED £1700 FOR AN SRI.
I JUST NEED SUMINK DAT BIT QUICKER THAN THIS
