Had a good day out at Santa Pod yesterday. Sun was out all day, caught a nice tan and saw some nice cars. Was quite busy, but I still somehow managed to get 8 runs in.

Was quite dissapointed with my times though. I just couldn't get the power down from the start line. The car is so much quicker than the last time I was there but I seem to loose loads of time off the start. I think it's probably my shite tyres. Gonna have to invest in some decent ones me thinks.

Anyway, my times..

1. 14.834 @ 93mph
2. 14.812 @ 94mph
3. 14.722 @ 96mph
4. 14.897 @ 94mph
5. 14.931 @ 93mph
6. 15.035 @ 93mph
7. 14.701 @ 96mph
8. 15.144 @ 94mph

Not bad results as it was very hot on the day, but with better tyres low 14's would easily be achievable.

My bro was up there in his GTi-6. Ran a 14.6 with 50bhp NOS, which was nice. 15.1 without.

It's not slow, but it could be quicker.

I would stick on some very sticky tyres and a LSD but then the driveshafts would get ripped to pieces.
