Yep, would have to cheque the copy rights etc

But imo if there gunna make a game that is going to make $$$$ i would dought very much they would sort out the copy right laws for the cover! IMO

And tbh, it dosnt really look much like Kenni's car..cus its a shop. So then you have to sort out whether it affects Kenni's car identity or not....

And imo it dosnt ! No plate, Diff colour etc...and its not a very detailed pic of his car, lots of people didn't pick up it was his...lol

Copyright remains that of the photographer, so unless he's sold rights exclusively to that mag (Fast Car) then he's perfectly able to sell the pic on to the makers of the game.

Its definately the same car - same lights, wheels, bumper and fog light - I'd be asking them for some complimentry free stuff as a gesture of good will in the very least.

On another note - did you notice when you hover over the picture of the car in that link, it says 'Juiced Box Shot'
