How do you work out the time in hours, I got over 1000 mp3's and I'm not counting thier length... Mmmmmmmm ADSL is goood!

all me songs roughly are in windows media player
that tell's me roughly how much in hours i have

Right, that was a bad idea... I just opened every song I got off of a certial p2p program in Medai Player... Still waiting for them to all open, its making some clicking noise too as it opens each file

I queue up my media directory in winamp (www.winamp.com), then on the playlist editor box/dialog, I press the 'Misc' button at the bottom near the middle, go to 'Misc' on the drop down menu, then click 'Generate HTML Playlist'. short cut key combo is ctrl+alt+G
