Do you want to take yours out and work on it but still use the car?
Might be a bit of nightmare tbh, by the time you'd fashioned fixings for all switchgear, dials, heater, radio (you need this ) you'd have been quicker stripping one out of a scrapper.
Don't forget, the fuse box is part of the dash loom, and not only is this fairly important, it also can't be relocated in the passenger footwell for example, as the wires for clocks, lights etc. wouldn't reach. You'd need to have it nearby where it usually would be and mounted in some ingenius way.
You could of course turn your head and look down to see how fast you're going. Aside from being a very bizarre driving experience, its potentially illegal

What model is it? If you're getting clocks etc. make sure they've a rev counter, thats 30 quid back straight away. The MFDs go for 5-10 quid as well. If its complete you might end up making 50 back!
The other option is wait, if you find a bare one they go for no money at all.

Will have to ask them, ive had a couple of bits off a corsa in a scrappy already and it was only and LS

Don't pay 65 quid then, the three clocker pods aren't worth anything.

i went down the scrappy and brought a dash for £25, with no other bits lyk the clocks or centre console. i was gonna sand it and spray it and then try and do a straight swop for the 1 i got in, ifi t eva gets done. hoping it will take bout a day 2 swop over

pretty sure the dashes are the same but that the clocks (obviously) and the heater nobs (maybe) are different
