Hey peeps, after wanting to sell my car, strip my car, burn my car i have decided TB's have got to be purchased, what kinda power will i see with the Velos Jenvey TB conversion and DTA managment with my spec, i have enquired about gettin some cam to go with the TB's so hopefully i should see a bit more power, im gonna fit them myself, will the basic map be ok, or will i need to get it maped properly very soon, will a TB'd C16XE keep up with a C20XE also, i know it wont top end but will it match it till it maxes out???
cheers dudes, any advice from you peeps with TB's will be appreciated

TB C16XE should be around on par with a 2.0 16v. Maybe a little quicker at lower speeds and through the gears as it'll rev longer and faster.
Should be around 160-170 given your spec thus far

Yeah, he's already got a higher limiter i think. And TB max power should be in the 7000rpm+ region.

Keep an I out on ebay I got a set of forged pistons from these people
http://www.speedexpistons.co.uk/
They said 285 Profile cams fit nicely with them, plus they do a set of double valve springs good for 10,000 rpm but then other things need to be uprated.
I'm hoping to get mine all done this summer but with emarald engine management
