When the 32 was used for racing in 1989 it kicked everthings ass! Because of its dominance on the track, the Skyline earned the nickname Godzilla, You couldnt buy this car, then nissan released a higher spec 32 and calle dit the godzilla. There have been no other godzilla's made.

Maybe no 'thoroughbread' godzilla's but the R34 is world renowned as godzilla also, a nickname that's obviously followed it's way from the R32, and yes i know of this racing, most australian races banned the skyline from racing for ages because of it annhialating everything they threw at it.
Still, i'll always call the skyline r34gtr godzilla, as i guess will the uk's only real nissan seller of skylines.

yup, and which has obviously followed the trend to the 34. 33 is a bit tame in comparison imo.
