has anyone done it?

how well did ya do?

I'm wanting to do it, ive downloaded some beep 'software' but only 4 mins long (they like 15 quid to buy a cd with just beeps on it )

or does anyone have the software they can 'send' me?

I thought it was a bleep test

there are a few kinds, the most common one is the running bleep test, but there are also sit-up and press-up bleep tests

yea i used to get to bout level 14 drew when i was at school so aged bout 15 16 i recon near the same now im hopin over 12 at least!! lol

i used to do really well and get high up the levels, last time i did it i was 18 and going for fire service passed with flying colours but can not remeber the level wasent that high.
i may be able to get a copy on tape as my uncle is a running trainer and i am sure he has it, as when i was training for fire serivce we used to train with the tape alot, as it was a scale of my progress
