had a bump about a month ago in the works van, went into an 04 mitsubishi 
anyway sorted it out with the insurers etc
will this effect my personal insurance?
any1 else done this (works vehicle accident?)

it wont affect your insurance, my mate smashed a mk5 golf a few months back, now the company just wont let him drive thier cars anymore

shouldnt affect your private insurance on your personal car, just your works van insurance

yes it will affect it. your insurance will ask when u renew, have you had any clamis regardless of fault or regardless of what vechical u was driving.
you've had a claim just wasnt on there insurance

yeah, you have to tell them you have had a bump when you renew, otherwise your insurance will be void
