i'v been working as organizer for one month now - so i thought i'd give every1 fair chance 2 have a say about my performance.
what am i doing right?
what can i improve on?
what things arnt i doing which i could be?
you prob get the idea.
comments welcome as its the only way i can change and improve things to make this region better then it already is.
