Ok, looked at a 2001 Y-reg astra coupe turbo today.
45k Miles
Irmscher Kit
Metalic Blue
No Leather
Full History
Very Good Condition
its going for £9995 at a local dealer - Is this expensive?
What do I look out for on these cars?
Any help would be apreciated.
Cheers
Paul

It was Just a astra coupe turbo. I'm also thinking it was over priced.

Got mine at the end of jan
1.8, star silver, irmscher front grill, no leather, 32000 miles, full vauxhall service history, immaculate condition, on a 51 plate (december)
£8000 private
so i think even though it has the kit and its the 2.0 turbo, its a bit too pricey, even if you haggle a bit

Compared against what?
0-60 in 7 secs isn't bad, plus its more insurable and cheaper to maintain than most.

51 Reg 22K miles for £9400. So that gives you some kind of idea of the prices.

turbo with no leather wouldnt see that going for much, ive never seen one for sale without it? I thought it was standard! Those cars are £20k new
Find a cheaper one. Look on networkQ.com or tradesales or jam jar

fair enough still not over fast. Don't get me wrong they are not slow but plenty of cars out there that are better for the money

I wouldn't let leather put you off, there's a guy selling half leather/alcantara on astra-sport.co.uk at the moment. I think he wants 400 quid for it, just haggle that off the car
