I got mine through the AA, instant decision over the phone, and cheque delivered next day by courier. Very good rates aswell.

Northern rock are good, they are around 6% up to 15'000 and you can borrow the money over up to 10 years

Mine's about 6%, was a graduate loan through Lloyds TSB......only applicable if you've graduated from Uni in the past 12 months, I think.
