Clean twice a week or so, polish every couple months. Always serviced, cooled down after a run, warmed up before, kept clean inside etc don't find myself being excessive though, long as it's clean and looked after thats good enough for me

Clean mine every sunday inside and out.

Usually warm it up before going to work if it's cold out if i have time, keep the engine clean, but sometimes i leave it alot of the time.

Very rarely get underneath though, dnt know what to do really when it comes to keeping the underneath up to scratch, looks alrite from what ive seen though for a 10 yr old car!!

Usually wash every week and as weather is better always try to polish after every wash well try to anyway

Would love to clean inside the wheels and archs and underneath but i have to drive onto a few stepped bits of MDF just to get a jack underneath and then its a communal garage area so sometimes have to move the car, dont think it would go down to well saying can you give me 10 mins
