anyones recently gone up. used to be 10p now it;s 12p. they should not be doing this as you bought the phone with a contract for txt costing 10p

I have an O2 sim card and txt's are still costing me 10p

However its on of those ones where you get 300 free messages every month, any MMS messages that get sent to you go to the website and u have 2 log in and look them up on there

Try changing ur tariff?

they shouldnt be able to do that on a existing account...

yeah, for new customers, they will be able to do it.....

T-mobile charge 12p a txt dont they

i'm still with the O2 Genie contract from afew years ago.
100 mins of calls (anytime o2/fix land lines)
Unlimited FREE TEXT
Unlimited FREE WAP access.
all for £20 a month on contract.



why don't you get the Sim card offer O2 are doing now.. just by the Sim card.

st i've done was 565.
this month was only 276 ish.

this is why i went 18months without a phone uprade .. as you had to swap your contracr to get a new fone.. the guy at O2 upgrades said i'd be stupid to lose that Contract.. but told me that after april 2003 you could upgrade the fone without having to upgrade the fone package!! so i had a new 3510i last May with my Genie Contract still

I'm on O2 PAYG, my txts cost 12p, but international texts cost 10p
I also get 600 mins a month free for calling landline numbers.

WTF ?!?! its cheaper for you to be abroad and send texts that it is being in your own country?...i think it could be a cock up on there end personally. Give them a bell and complain though
