Been putting the coilovers on my car today and im really pleased that i managed to do it all by myself! I know its not a hard job, but its the first major thing ive done on my car on my own, and it was very satisfying!
They are set as high as they can go at the moment cos my car is being towed to the garage tomorrow to get the new clutch fitted and there is a speed bump on the way, but at least they are on, and i can drop it back down on thursday when i get it back

Lookin good mate.

Those ride assistors look fully compressed though, maybe you need some higher poundage springs on there.

they are the 2 litre springs. As i said, they are set about as high as they can go just so i can get car over the speed bump on the way to garage when it is being towed (i can normally reverse over it, but its too much hassle when its being towed). I can bring it down at least another 3 1/2"

Fair play mate. It's nice to read good things about the FK setup as coilovers are way too expensive for what they are.

The FK Highsport Version II coilover kits are the most popular, best-selling and most.known FK coilover kit. Manufactured with high quality shock absorbers, a perfect setup of your car is possible ! In cooperation with the shock manufacturer and the TÜV , our engineers develop the suspension kits at famous race tracks like the Nürburgring Nordschleife, to make our suspension kits to one of the finest available. On most applications the front as well the rear is height adjustable by a thread, of course step-less. A few cars don’t allow a height adjustment by a thread at the rear (e.g French cars with torsion bars at the rear), so please read the footnotes on the following pages. Of course the shock absorbers are developed to last long, so you can enjoy the suspension improvement by FK as long as possible. During the extensive test drives it was possible to develop the shocks matching to your car, a perfect setup is the result. For this reason there is no rebound adjustment provided with the HIGHSPORT coilovers. Make no compromise in quality, safety and setup, make a decision towards FK ! - individual height adjustment - TÜV Approved - Extra lowering for race-track purposes possible - MAXIMUM sytem for best ride and comfort - Adjustment wrench and protection spray included in all kits - Very good value for money - Excellent setup, neither too harsh or too soft - FK designed, second to none race springs

thats what is said about them.
