10.5? book time for a corsa 1.6 is about 9.0-9.5.

My brother was looking at buying one.

Specs are as follows:

Kerb weight 1130kg
114bhp@5600rpm
172lb/ft@4000rpm
Max speed 118mph
0-62 10.2 secs
Front ventilated discs
Rear drum brakes

Max 30.1 mpg

Pretty poor all round IMHO

Yeah, full time 4wd which is why the fuel economy is quite poor for a n/a 2.0l. Constant 4wd drags somewhat. They are torquey engines but are completely different to the one fitted to the Turbo.

The Turbo is 290lb/ft which if you compare to sa a Cav turbo which runs similar power (204bhp) is almost 100lb/ft more than the cav

u r joking arent u? the uk2000 turbo model does not have 290 tourqe!

and where did u get that figure for the tourqe on the n/a 2.0?

and yes as people have said they are so lame, just no point in buying 1

Utter shite, they are exactly the same block, the EJ20 being the normally aspirated and the EJ20T being the turbocharged model.

The differences are a turbo, intercooler, copression ratios and extra camshafts, but essentially its the same engine.
