My broadband disconnects every 2-3 hours and so does my mates down the road. We both have our settings set to "Hang up: Never". Do any of you have the same problem or know how I can rectify this, its very annoying.

That hang up option wont make a difference on BroadBand , if you mate locally is having same issue , then it could be a exchange issue, best to call Tiscali and log a case for then to check the exchange with BT.
