il prob get the usual pay up ur fee etc but doesnt any1 else think this place has got very bland with only a few being allowed avatars?

rms a site i use aswell as kerzo lad... upload all the pics u want have ur own avatar etc... erm free?

I bet they dont have a fraction of the bandwidth that this place uses though, so they can proberbly get away with it. Look how many people are online at one time here. Bandwitch costs money, and its the pics and avatars that are the strain on the bandwidth .

The space you're allowed to upload pictures. You don't get your own space, own e-mail address etc for free on other sites. At the end of the day, it's your choice to sign up or not.

I dont mind payin £12.50. Probs wont use a fraction of the webspace Im given, or the email but helps towards the running and upkeep of the site as well more than likely so Im quite happy to pay a small fee.

Go to any web hosting company, look up the price to host a dedicated rackmount server, add 100Gb of data transfer per month, minus the discount I get from work, and then you'll see how much it costs to run a site this big
