They are the cheapest! min is £250 from DVLA, that includes £80 transfer fee. Any place else quotes price not including transfer fee. If you find a plate anywhere, phone the DVLA up and they will make it up for you cheaper!

They are going for like £500 - £1000 at the mo. I think i will leave it an buy another car
