foned up bmw taday cost £40
also found out it is actually a telephone aerial
do you think it would be possible to convert it
or buy a cheapo imitation take it to bits and turn it into a functional aerial if this is possible??

larkspeed ones are just pieces of bolted on plastic crap best bet pop down to your local bmw scrappy and hunt one out and try it, but to be honest, i doubt it will work
If you dont want the aerial on top, you could go nab one from an escort which had them in the pillars (i think) and bodge it into the corsa pillar

just had full respray so dont no if i want to smooth it off, mite see how hard it would be as it has still to go in and get bits sorted touched up and some new bits painted, wot kind of internal arial u got. spoke to safe n sound n he said the internal aerials are pretty shit.

I got mine filled in cos I needed a new rubber seal around the base of my aerial, cos it had gone rotton and stained with T-Cut

my bros old escort had an internal aerial, so has my dads audi, and theres no problem in reception from both Although you can get "stick to window" aerials which are crap and dont work
