Yeah, i have sent my gf a fair few, but i'm on contract and she is on pay as you go. I think she may have run out of credit because of my texts.... ooops.

I thought it doesnt cost anything to receive them, but it costs the price of a text in that ciuntry, and our country to send them?

i went to america for a week and sent over 300 msgs an neither me or the people recieving the messages got charged for sending or recieving.

A friend of mine on Orange got charged 85p/message to send fro US. I think he also got charged to recieve and certainly got chanrged for incoming calls.

I got charged about 50p to send txts from Spain on Vofafone as apparently they get charged by the foreign network you are using.

use switch/credit card, you can do it from your phone

If i have maxed her phone i dont think i'll be in her good books when she comes home
