anyone know how to remove the thermostat on a 1.4 8v, because i think thats what the cause of my engine overheating problem is i'm having.

I did this on my 1.4 Astra. It's behind the cam belt casing. I had to remove the front cover, slide the cam belt off, remove the top cam belt pully and then remove the rear cam belt casing. Only then could I get at the bit where the termo was.
