When you say enquire I would watch the advice they give you.

Majority of the staff there couldnt tell you the difference between LED washer jets and car wash products.

i know that i learnt my lesson when they sent me the wrong springfs for me fookin car, but they are the only place i can find that stock bilstein shox n spring kits, not coilovers,

You havnt been to the slough branch then

They gave me springs of which i fitted to my new shox (which they also sent me but with 2 front sets no pig tails) had to wait 2weeks for next set of springs. Only to find...

When i dropped my car, it sat on my wheels. I could only move it inches forward and back. Car was off road for like 2 weeks whilst we waited for them to pay to have it put right.

They are fucking useless.

When i showed them the spring i was supposed to fit on the rear (meant to be a pig tail but was a front coil) they said and i quote "yeah! theyll go on a corsa"

its the idiots that work for em which get them their name, they dont concentrate on the good workers, companies and people mainly get reputations which are negative

the one in Newbury aint much better either.I wanted some decent stuff to stick some mesh wiv asked one bloke he said to ask another then the other said to ask someone else then he said to ask some other lad coz he has got mesh on his car so i finally found him and asked and he said " erm uh i cant remember wot it was i used go ask the bloke wiv blonde hair at the audio desk" wiv that i told them to f*ck off and i went somewhere else
