yea funny.. seen most codes start with letters etc but cant find any for this one..

You could go online to some insurance site, start filling out an insurance quote and when it gets to the bit about any fines ther will be a drop down list to choose from.
If that number isnt in it (which it probably wont be cause theres no letters before it) then there will be a discription of something similar.
