does Anyone know much on this?
Is the Car likely to fail if the wheels rub on full lock?

I wouldnt have thought so myself, but thought id ask?

doubt they will put your car on full lock so you'll probably be ok

they can fail if it does rub, but its unlikely they will make it rub while testing it

if you are worried, then stick your original ones on for the mot then change them back!

what if the dude doing the MOT knows it rubs, as he cut some of the arch away?

they can fail you if it rubs something the police pick up when they pull you over...

but they wont put it on full lock

also as lon as you have the same size wheels on opposite axels that passes

so normal wheels at the back and steelies at the front

I put my steelies back on when the Corsa went in for its MOT as the 17s rubbed like hell!

I'd revert back to the old rims for the test mate. My Nova's left front wheel rubbed the bell-housing of the F20 gearbox after the 2.0 16v conversion and I was forced to restrict the steering lock one way to get it through the MOT.
