the type x sub has just been released at the start of March - so I assume that the new line up should be out relatively soon

they seem very similar except for the fancy screen on the 9835.
id imagine beteen £300- £400 for the 9833 and £400 - £500 for the 9835.

yeah probably discontinued, ring some places might have old stock they will let go cheap or try ebay.
