its been moved and it aint even in the off day section - why do my posts always get fukkin deleted-
there was nothing written in that damm post that was leaning towards anything illegal
all i asked for was a bit torrent hash- what the fukk?- bit torrent aint illegal -and its not a illegal to to download a film for fukk sake is it!!
everytime i put a post up relating to dvd it gets wiped- i wanna no why my latest post got deleted- for no reason- i would understand if it got moved somewhere else but its been deleted
youz moderators wanna sort it out..

what im saying is it is Not illegal for me or anyone else to download a film thats been uploaded to a bt website otherwise bt wouldnt exsist- and bt wouldnt be so easily accessed!! if you upload something on the other hand that is copyrighted and you share it then that person who uploads it is liable for copywrite laws-NOT the people downloading it
as all i asked for was a hash so i could carry on downloading

BT exists as the system itself does not breach any law. Users either uploading *or* downloading material are in breach of copyright law by possession of that material. I would research the law properly before you try and claim everything is OK and you are not doing anything iffy, and I'd certainly ask that you consider the safe side of things for the sake of the site.

actually, if its a dvd rip, downloading it is illegal, cos (sounjds weird) but when you buy a dvd, your actually paying for a lisence to watch the film, rather than for the dvd. your not even allowed to make back up copies of dvd movies, which includes uploadin them.

the only reason BT site is still there is cos its all based round a peer-to-peer network. just like kazaa in that respect .
which means that it cant get shut down for breaching copywright laws as they do not actually host any illegal material. the illegal material comes of each users pc
