do they cause the car to use more petrol ? cars a 1.2 8v

i dont want an induction kit that gives more power, just noise

and do you know if ecotec valves actually save petrol

As in this case, just try it filter will not do anything major to fual consumption

ecotec valves do save fuel mine saves about 10 - 20miles a tank, bfo is the loudest direct fit filter for the corsa to my knowledge

BFO cone will use more petrol yes. Its quite bad on my 1.4 16v

The more air you take in when the throttle is open, the more fuel your engine squirts into chamber to compensate.

Im getting rid of mine soon, as it annoys me now sounds like a ned mobile

All that noise and i don go no-where lol
