Easier to do than they look, you start with mdf rings for the base, then to get the slant how you want it put two small blocks in between the top and bottom ring. Use some expanding foam to fill in the majority of the gap between the two rings this duz not have to be neat and will be messy at first but when dry you can cut it down to size, use P40 fibre glass as its easier less messy and ready mixed, scim a thin layer of filler over the top of the dryed fibreglass and sand down to your liking. to get rid of any small dints left by sanding you use filler primer.
