5am i had 2 get it, damge is.....

drivers seat set on fire
windows all smashed
door, wing, side caved in (hit a wall)
EVERYTHING stolen, cd player, ice, wheels (nice 13s on it now)
smashed mirrors off it, smashed dash, no ignition or door locks
random bricks been chucked at it

anyways, need 2 know if i can claim for contents with CIS as insurance form aint thru yet

had in it, £130 pair of glasses, maglight, house keys AND HAD TO CHANGE HOUSE LOCKS, CDs, CD player and speakers, sri s/wheel, matts MOST OF THESE EXPENSIVE THINGS I HAVE RECEIPTS FOR

also had works pass, works door cards and so on, tax disk also needs re-claiming if possible

insurance know its standard but ive gsi interior BAR DRIVERS SEAT as the bottom has a 10" hole in it - door cards and everything else are MINT so im going to take them out too andsell them (any price guesses?) also has daft things like parcel shelf, battery, lights im taking off and putting smashed ones on it

i gave 300 for the car, its a run about but its besides the point, insurance valued it as 850 on documnets, so u think ill get say 400 back 3rd party fire and theft

even tho we got car back im guessing its covered as its been torchedand stolen andsmashed up?

also, i was driving last when parked up, but my mam is insured and owns it, should i say she was last driving it/responsible 4 it (as shes a lerner driver) and I was with her (3 years experience)

if CIS are cunts, we are taking our 3 car policies, and 2 house insurance else where, wish me luck

TPFT with CIS? If so.........dont waste your time.............their shite!

Last year, some1 drove into the side of my corsa, they said coz ur third party, we dont deal with it. Fone this other compnay, then another company then another company. Took me a year to sort out and alot of bother.

If the DVLA don't need the tax disc on display, then why have it in the windscreen?

Just keep it in the glovebox for when you're questioned about it.
