BRUSSELS, Belgium (CNN) -- The European Union has found Microsoft guilty of abusing the "near-monopoly" of its Windows PC operating system and fined it a record 497 million euros ($613 million).

Do you think it is fair that they get fined for having the most popular operating system for the PC? Apparently the EU have asked Microsoft not to be so popular - how are they supposed to do that? They are operating a company after all
