it's free for car listings on a certain date ?

If u list a car on that date, i dunno why u've been charged

Maybe i should have read this bit: If your item qualifies for this pricing promotion, you will be charged on your "Sell Your Item" Form and Account Status on the day. However your account will be credited with the insertion fee for the qualifying items by 15th April 2004.
