Mount the solenoid in the best position to pull on the locking lever. Depends on what the solenoid is opening.

Passenger door will be fine, just make sure that it is securely mounted to the door as it'll take alot of impact.

i got one from there for my boot for my corsa!!
it worked fine for about a week!!
but then it just stopped working so i took it to a garage to try and sort it out, they told me that the solonoid had stopped working due to it wasnt strong enuf to pop the boot!!
it will be easyer to get a xr2 boot solonoid and cheaper!!
ive had the xr2 solonoid in now 4 8 months and it still works fine!!!

We have only just set up a supplier for the solenoids 7 days ago so you have confused Rimstyle Autodesign for another distributor. There are some cheap imitation solenoids out there but these are more than capable of opening boots/doors etc and are totally reliable.
