portland is poor IMO. can get it for free (with banners that can be easily removed) its very naughty and leech like but try www.clickherefree.com

robtj, i am paying for a crappy php host. think its ukhosts or summit. but they charge loads more for stuff like mysql and any other extras. can you provide that?
