Thanks for help guys. Pro-Tec get them from Magnum Motorsport, who are apparently out of stock at the moment. I've emailed Iain at motorsport direct; he says he'll get back to me on Monday, but I'm wondering whether he uses the same supplier. May give BAT a ring...

Need to get hold of one pronto as the other bits (bonnet and new slam panel) are ready for spraying

I'm having some longer air intake trumpets fitted to the TBs and then having an air box built around them. This will be fed from the front of the bonnet by under bonnet ducting - hence the need for lowered slam panel. Should gain me some extra mid-range torque

Yes - still there We've encountered a number of problems, which means that the blukhead won't now be cut into. Instead, the air box will be shaped to fit around the existing components, but it's all taken extra time and the guy who supplies the lowered slam panels has been dragging his heels in getting one sorted.

Still, once it's all done, the good news it that the components will drop into any standard 1.4/1.6 16V Corsa running TBs, making it a rather nice upgrade kit I've put a lot of effort into getting this to work, so it'd be good to be able to sort a kit that others can use too

as far as i can guess, the air is entering the bay at the bottom of the bonnet, and being fed to the tb;s inside the bonnet, hense the need for a lowered slam panel

No perspex windows (yet) jr - wouldn't really be secured enough unless it was garaged all the time.

Marc - no scoop in this bonnet. Instead, some of the grill becomes a feed for cold air, which is then ducted under the bonnet (in carbon trunking) and pressure feeds the air box

Yes - exactly! The air that feeds the sealed air box around the TBs is then perfectly cold and at high pressure

Yes, very much - a way of pressurising the airbox around the TBs
