Yer it's quite simple to use and is quicker and easier when paying and receiving payments on auctions site like eBay.

You get a charged a percentage of each transaction you make using paypal if I remember correctly, something like 1% on each transaction I think.

the charge gets taken out of the amount you send, so it's the seller that loses the cut, not the buyer
