Can u tint rear windows only or can u still do fronts to some degree?
Anyone know for sure as i dont want any troule with them at all.
Aslo where is a good place to get them done, Sextons?

nothing allowed forward of b-pillar(fronts basically).
backs no limits for tints. not sure about reflective or colours tho

reflectives were a big no no from quite a while. as for legality of tints, get it done by somebody and how can police prove you haven't had it on car before law was enforced?

just get the fronts done they carnt prove nothing my bro jsut had it done cops pulled him and didnt say nothin about the tints

Surely if the tints are within the legal limits the Police won't notice, cos loadsa cars come stock with tints...

It makes no difference. The new law states that if the police see you have tints in the front window, they can give you a rectification notice to get them removed. Also the bloke who does your MOT's can fail you for having them now . Also quite a few companies will no longer tint the front windows for you, as they will be breaking the law.

if you only get them done to 15% / 20% i dont think there really gonna pull you
