Funnily enough, when I was last in California I saw a place called 'Calidus Sports' with pics of Romans on the windows, turns out it was a gay massage parlour.

Prem renames are more difficult but not impossible. Its just more alterations if you're prem, and far prefereable to do that before signing up. No solution if you already are though, just takes longer. Tim is your man, mail him and catch him when he's not hugely busy (about 3% of the year )
